We're wash, dry, and fold only. No dry cleaning, ironing, alterations, or shoe cleaning. If an item is labelled "dry clean only," set it aside — we won't include it in the wash.
Yes. Each counts as an XL bag ($75). Add it to your XL bag count at booking and note what's included in the special instructions field.
You choose. Standard fresh-scented or fragrance-free hypoallergenic, selected at booking. Other preferences — cold wash, no softener, hang-dry — go in the special instructions field. We follow what you ask.
We pre-treat where we can, but we can't guarantee everything will come out — especially set-in or older stains. Flag anything you'd specifically like us to look at in the special instructions field so our team can take extra care.
Yes. Every customer's order is kept and washed as a separate load. Nothing gets mixed with another household's clothes.
We replace it — up to $150 per item and $500 per order, no forms or fight. (Items left at your door before we arrive aren't yet in our care, so pick the bag placement option that suits you at booking.)
Only after we've collected. We confirm your bag count at pickup, then send a secure payment link for the final total. Nothing's charged before we have your bags.
